International Fishers (IF) is a Christian resources, training, and international personal evangelism ministry mainly to Cambodians and 35+ nationalities living and working in Cambodia. It is made possible by many practical, prayer, and financial partners in the USA, Japan, and Cambodia (all contributing to God's Kingdom in equally valuable ways!)

IF is continuing its 25+ year mission of empowering and equipping all Christians—not just pastors—to answer doubts about God's truth and goodness. This means starting with our own doubts and questions or those of our loved ones. IF provides resources and training (and in some cases personal coaching) to help you share the gospel and disciple others with confidence and respect.

Since 2001, Darryl Record, a bi-vocational pastor's son and missionary to Cambodia, has had the burden to support pastors, missionaries, church planters, and others who are too busy preparing one or many sermons each week and other behind-the-scenes duties, that they don't have the time, energy, or resources to make evangelism or other materials that they need.

We trust God to guide and provide opportunities to be Ambassadors for Christ and Fishers of Men, not just inside the church building on Sunday, but all seven days of the week; both to those who are willing and NOT YET willing to come to the church building, or talk to pastors or missionaries such as neighbors or coworkers.

May we ALL always be ready everywhere: from the breakfast table, to remote rice fields, or even on airplanes where all we have at hand is our memory and perhaps our phones without internet access.

"But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” (Matthew 9:36-37)
